Bayland Dancing is a non-profit art organization that teaches and preserves
traditional Chinese performing arts for diverse audiences across the Bay Area. The Organization builds
bridges to other communities, and promotes knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of Chinese arts
and culture. It is founded in 2003 by a group of Chinese high technology professional in the Silicon Valley,
Northern California.
Bayland Dancing is a well-known active Chinese dance group in the Bay Area. In the part years,
it has participated in many charity events and occasions for the local communities.
The organization brings the richness of Chinese traditional dance to more than 10,000 audiences across
the Bay Area. Some of our charity performances include performances for San Jose Senior center in 2004
and 2006, United Nations Association 60th anniversary celebration in 2005, HP Asian Heritage event in 2004.
