Bayland Dancing is a non-profit organization that nurtures, teaches and preserves the arts of Chinese dancing in the United States. It was formed by a group of Chinese Hi-Tech Personnel in Silicon Valley-Northern California. These non-professional dancers put their great effort to multicultural links between China and America with their performances in their community. Bayland Dancing is dedicated to promote understanding of Chinese arts, culture and history.

洋溢着春的轻柔，夏的奔放，秋的诗韵，冬的神秘；她们在花样的年华里舞出了一个属於她们自己的故事。

蓓蓝舞蹈团是一支活跃在湾区的年轻的非营利艺术团队。它的成员来自湾区各界，其中多为软件工程师, 硬件工程师, 生化工程师等，目前团队成员约二十余人。

凭着她们的专业素质和敬业精神，更凭着她们对中国民间舞蹈的热爱，蓓蓝舞蹈团的姑娘们精心编排，尽情舞蹈，挥洒热情也挥洒欢乐，用最美的艺术语言，散播着东方舞蹈的魅力。

在过去的两年中, 蓓蓝舞蹈团应邀参加了湾区许多大型活动如 "联合国60 周年庆典", "金山之春" , "夜上海", "慧普公司亚洲节", "斯坦福大学国际艺术节", "北加州华人体育运动会", "庆国庆55周年" 及 "花好月园"等文艺演出。她们演绎的富有民俗风情的中国民间舞蹈, 深受观众喜爱；也为弘扬中华艺术, 丰富社区文化生活作出了自己的贡献。
